Once you decide you’d like to move ahead, we’ll send over the contract, deposit invoice and a link to book your bar planning session where we’ll hammer out all the details for your event: choosing the beverages, the experience, the personal touches and more.

Leading up to your event, we’ll keep in regular contact with updates and the on the of, we’ll arrive a couple of hours before the start of your event to set up, get everything ‘just right’ to serve your guests up an unforgettable experience.

We know you have them

Question 1

Do you provide the alcohol?

Unfortunately due to current liquor laws in British Columbia, we are unable to buy or sell alcohol at your event. 

However, we’ll guide you through acquiring a special event permit, create a custom shopping list for your event and even help you sell drinks via a ticket system (we aren’t permitted to handle cash though) to make it as easy peasy as possible for you.

How do I get started?

Step 1 – Scroll up to check out our packages

Step 2 – Submit the form below or email us at firstsipmobilebar@gmail.com to tell us more about your event, then we’ll get in touch within 2 business days, we can book a 15 min chat to go through any questions before locking down the date.

Step 3 – Then if all sounds good, we’ll make things official with our 50% deposit and contract and then your date will be blocked off and all yours!

Question 3

Where do you travel?

We bring the mobile bar to you for free—anywhere in the Greater Victoria area (Victoria, Saanich, Sidney, Langford, Colwood, Esquimalt), but if your event is being hosted outside of those locations, contact us anyway as we have been known to wander a bit further from home for a small travel fee to cover costs. 

Question 4

What do you need in terms of space or power?

The trailer is equipped to hook up to a 120V outlet using an extension cord so we need to be within 100ft of a power outlet.

The trailer needs a 14ft long and 8ft wide flat space to park, we’re able to make some minor adjustments if it’s not totally level. If the ground is soft, we’ll need to come out for an assessment to determine what provisions are necessary to make the trailer level and stable.

A nice thing to have is access to a hose so that we can deal with the cleanup of minor spills etc., though this isn’t necessary
